Teasdale Angus LLC was founded in 2006 as Ledan Acres, home to the family of Dr. Dan and Leanne Teasdale and our 3 children, Jonas, Will and Natalie.

We have always had a passion for raising great cattle, striving every year to improve. In 2013, we purchased our first registered black angus cows. We fell in love with the progressiveness of the breed's genomic testing programs and standards for certified angus beef. It was exciting to have the ability to not just be a part of the American Angus Association that was revolutionizing beef industry standards, but to also be a contributor in building the best quality genetics in the world. By 2018, our herd was 100% registered, genomic tested, and qualified in the certified angus beef (CAB) program.

Both Dan and I grew up inspired by influential leaders in agriculture, from Howard Voegeli, one of the co-founders of World Dairy Expo, Dan's mentor and greatest influence for becoming a veterinarian to Eldon and Marie Arensdorff, my grandparents, some of the best small town rural entrepreneurs of the sustainable family farm. We understand the value of hard work and that results are directly tied to effort.

We take great pride in what we have built here at Teasdale Angus. Our diverse herd consists of some of the best performing females in the breed and every year it gets better. We are very selective in our sire matching program. Every female is matched independently to ensure the best possible mating. We balance the science behind the genomics and EPD's with exceptional flawless phenotype to ensure we are producing the best possible production cows and bulls in the breed.
